Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an experienced Assistant Maître D to join Major Food Group's dining concepts. You will help manage reservations, seating, and guest flow in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Assistant Maître D or similar role.
• Experience in high-volume, fine dining required.
• Open availability nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest greeting and seating, reservations, and guest flow.
• Support VIP recognition and guest recovery.
• Coordinate with host stand and servers to maintain wait times.
• Uphold service standards, appearance and professionalism.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure seamless dining experiences.
