Riviera Dining Group in Miami seeks a poised Maître D to lead front-of-house in a high-volume luxury setting. You will manage guest interactions, VIP and event guests, oversee the host team, and optimize seating flow.

3–5 years of experience in high-volume, elevated dining in a major metropolitan market.
State-compliant food handling certificate.
Experience with online booking platforms Seven Rooms, OpenTable, and Resy.
Strong leadership, training, and guest-service skills.
Detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure a warm, professional guest experience.
Oversee VIPs, private events, and celebrity guests to build loyalty and recognition.
Train host team to provide seamless interaction and uphold MILA standards.
Maximize seating efficiency using Seven Rooms, OpenTable and Resy.
Maintain knowledge of menus, cocktail and wine programs.
Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.
Maintain front-of-house equipment and ensure sanitation compliance.
Attend team meetings and support continuous improvement.
