Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Host/Reception team during daily service to create a warm, seamless guest experience.
• Greet guests on arrival and departure as the first impression of the LPM brand.
• Oversee the host stand, reservations, walk-ins, and waitlist to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Coordinate table assignments with Managers, Servers, and Reservations to optimize seating.
• Communicate wait times clearly and turn delays into moments of care.
• Recognize returning guests and VIPs to ensure special occasions are celebrated.
• Train and guide the team on service standards and the LPM hospitality approach.
