Job summary

The Polo Room Palm Beach seeks a Maître D’ to lead front-of-house in our upscale Palm Beach restaurant. You will instill hospitality, manage reservations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a warm, welcoming environment.

You will oversee service flow, train hosts, coordinate with the kitchen, and leverage our CRM program to build relationships with regular guests. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead host or Maître D role in luxury dining.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Experience coordinating events and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality standards and guest experience.
• Coordinate service and floor plans, manage reservations.
• Optimize table turnover and seating efficiency.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and host station.
• Handle phone inquiries and guest communications.
• Train and mentor the host team; conduct shift briefings.
