Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services located in Missouri is looking for dedicated facility maintenance team members to perform repairs and maintenance across various properties. Responsibilities include troubleshooting lighting issues and performing general repairs to walls, doors, and more.

The ideal candidates have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry techniques, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to work in teams or independently. Competitive offers including promotion opportunities and medical coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair techniques.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, and LED lighting.
• Perform general repairs to various property elements.
• Inspect property regularly for maintenance needs.
• Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
