Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is looking for a dedicated maintenance worker in Jackson, Tennessee. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing various facility components including light fixtures, doors, and safety equipment. Candidates should have knowledge of basic repair techniques and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, and other property.
• Inspect the property to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
