Job summary

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repair tasks across our properties in Texas. You will troubleshoot, replace fixtures, inspect facilities, and maintain tools and equipment.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to work independently or in a team, safety conscious, and physical ability to climb ladders and lift. We offer paid time off, EAP, employee discounts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
