Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services in Daytona Beach, Florida is looking for a dedicated facility maintenance technician. The role involves troubleshooting and replacing lighting, performing repairs, and conducting regular property inspections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, and handrails.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
