Job summary

GDI.com is offering a facility maintenance position in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing lighting, performing general repairs to the property, and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, and LED lighting.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, and other property.
• Inspect the property regularly for maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
