Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing general repairs and maintaining safety in various properties. The ideal candidate has knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs and fixtures in common areas.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
