Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will:

• Support the day‑to‑day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces.
• Complete work orders and perform general building maintenance.
• Assist with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC‑related repairs.
• Apply troubleshooting and routine maintenance practices as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting maintenance.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical exam, and tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Active driver’s license and meet requirements to become an ROP‑eligible driver.
• HVAC licensure is not required, though practical experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
