Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Must meet requirements for ROP-eligible driver.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units.
• Complete work orders and perform general building maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and HVAC maintenance.
