Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting maintenance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical exam, and tuberculosis test.
• Active driver's license and meet requirements to become an ROP-eligible driver.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces.
• Complete work orders and perform general building maintenance.
• Assist with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
