Cypress Creek is a residential commitment program located in Citrus County Florida. It serves high-risk and max-risk youth ages 15 to 21. The goal of the program is to provide services utilize evident-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment and supervision.
Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma. Prior building maintenance experience preferred (general building maintenance, minor electrical, painting, door handwear, minor plumbing, drains, etc.) Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past (3) years. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence. Must have excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and designated schedule with the possibility of a varied schedule and overtime.
