Miami Youth Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth aged 14 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program. We welcome ALL who are passionate about making a difference! Performance-based compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

To be considered, you should possess a high school diploma. Prior building maintenance experience preferred (general building maintenance, minor electrical, painting, door hardware, minor plumbing, drains, etc.) Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past (3) years. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, and TB test. Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence. Must have excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and a designated schedule, with the possibility of a varied schedule and overtime.
