Job summary

Owens Corning Summit plant in Illinois seeks a Maintenance Leader to champion safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will lead a 18-person hourly team within a 120-employee site, driving TPM/RWP programs, risk assessments, and preventive maintenance while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance.

The role emphasizes talent development, budget management, and strong leadership to sustain safe, productive operations and continuous improvement across maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing/maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations or Business.
• RWP and TPM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold Owens Corning's safety standards across operations.
• Lead safety initiatives and drive zero-incident goals.
• Develop and execute plant maintenance strategy and TPM plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Mentor and develop the maintenance team and manage the budget.
