Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and T&D departments, directing resources and scheduling to maximize process effectiveness. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in plant maintenance/engineering, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with TPM, CMMS, and lean manufacturing initiatives. Location is Benton Harbor, MI with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in plant maintenance and engineering.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Drive safety culture and SOP adherence.
• Experience with maintenance planning and KPI development.
• Familiarity with TPM, preventive maintenance and lean manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Lead maintenance and T&D departments; coordinate schedules and resources.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance and TPM programs.
• Generate and track work orders; ensure alignment with equipment history.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across maintenance teams.
• Manage budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering for equipment modifications and major installations.
