Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead TPM-based process improvements and drive safety, quality, and equipment reliability in our manufacturing plant. The role emphasizes standardizing processes, coaching operators, and partnering with maintenance to resolve issues and implement capital projects.

You will analyze process data, develop control plans, and lead cross-functional teams to meet customer needs while controlling costs and improving productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• TPM training and experience (or similar methodology).
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in continuous manufacturing and general manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and implement safety initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and control charts.
• Coach operators and maintenance technicians on process control.
• Lead projects to improve product quality and line utilization.
• Collaborate with maintenance and TPM resources.
