Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a TPM Lead at the Brentwood, NH plant to evolve TPM into a results-driven operating system that improves safety, quality, reliability, and productivity. You will coach Autonomous Maintenance teams, mentor TPM Pillar Teams, and partner with site leadership to embed TPM in daily work and decision making.

The role focuses on developing engaged teams and advancing AM maturity, ensuring TPM outcomes translate into measurable value.

Qualifications

Associate degree with 4+ years TPM / Lean manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated understanding of TPM systems beyond administrative support.
Major programs deployment: Pillar Leader experience in AM, PM, FI, TD; led an AM Team through AM Step 4; train expansion leaders.
Experience deploying and accelerating TPM pillars (AM, PM, FI, T&D).
Willingness to travel to other OC plants to learn processes.

Responsibilities

Build, coach, and develop Autonomous Maintenance teams capable of owning equipment health and loss elimination.
Provide leadership to AM and Pillar Teams to advance TPM maturity across the site.
Ensure TPM efforts align with site objectives and drive measurable improvements in OEE, reliability, productivity, quality, and cost.
Redirect administrative TPM activities toward actions delivering operational results.
Coach operators, supervisors, pillar leaders, and managers in TPM methodologies and problem-solving.
