Westover Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in King of Prussia, PA. The role involves performing routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure resident satisfaction.

On-call duties and collaboration with leasing and maintenance staff are essential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for training and certification.

• Experience with routine maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read work orders and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Comfort with on-call rotations and lifting heavy items.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to service requests and turnovers in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across building systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and logs of preventive maintenance.
• Support on-call schedule and coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams.

He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.
