The Westover Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Middle River, MD. You will perform routine maintenance and respond to service requests to keep units and common areas in top condition.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, providing safe repairs, and maintaining logs. A positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable transportation are required.

He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.
