The Westover Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support one or multiple apartment communities in Warminster, PA. You will perform routine maintenance, handle service requests, and assist with preventative tasks to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing work, along with safe tool use and teamwork. A flexible schedule and on-call readiness are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance at multi-unit properties.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and proper tool use.
• Willingness to work on-call and lift heavy items as needed.

He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.
