Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our service and office teams. You will handle repair and maintenance across property facilities and apartment homes, including HVAC-related work, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.

This role supports the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and pools, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to respond to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose HVAC units, replace filters, and clean coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, and microwaves.
• Handle plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations from minor to moderate scope.
• Repair or replace sinks, showers, toilets, fixtures, and electrical components.
• Change locks, manage lockouts, and replace doors and hardware.
• Operate hand tools and power tools; maintain shop and inventory.
• Track service requests and maintenance work in software; assist with grounds and common areas.
