Job summary

Olympus Property in Midland, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our service team. You will handle preventative and on-demand repairs across apartment homes, with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, while maintaining high standards and safety.

You should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge or EPA/HVAC license, and be available full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or EPA/HVAC license
• Ability to perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests across property facilities and apartment homes
• Preventative maintenance and HVAC unit checks (filters, coils)
• Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, and electrical components
• Maintain maintenance shop and inventory
• Track service requests using software
• Assist with grounds and common-area upkeep
• Respond to emergency maintenance when needed
