Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to stay current with technology.
• Develop best practice procedures for major repairs.
• Educate and train mechanics on new trucks.
• Travel to all shops for hands-on training.
• Manage necessary OEM software programs.
• Maintain training on the learning management system.
• Utilize electronic communication boards.
• Collaborate with managers to train apprentices.
• Manage the mechanic internship program.
• Participate in meetings regarding equipment.
