Mercy Housing in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role at The Cascalote. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers to uphold a clean, hazard-free living environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

This is an on-site position.

Pay:$21-22/hour, dependent on experience.
