Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Page Commons in Gilbert, AZ. This on-site role involves completing maintenance tasks, repairs, and turnover of apartments to high standards of cleanliness and service.

Pay ranges from $21 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and on-site responsibilities. The position is full-time and located at Page Commons Apartments in Gilbert.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience is required.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner; cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: $21-22/hour, depending on experience.

Location: Page Commons Apartments | Gilbert, AZ

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours off each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)

Duties

• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
