Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician (part-time) at the Kelsey Civic Center in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, all delivered on-site with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
• Minimum of one year in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.

Description

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

This is an on-site position. This is a part time position (24 hours)

Pay

$ 24.00-26.00 /hour DOE
