Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner and clean up after completion.
• Perform repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Clean apartments during turnover and assist with turnover processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: $24-25/hour, depending on experience.

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours off each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)

Duties

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
