Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Holly Park in Commerce City, CO. This on-site role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers to uphold safety, cleanliness, and high service standards.

Responsibilities

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

This is an on-site position at Holly Park apartments.

Pay: $24-25/hour,dependent on experience.

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)

Duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
