Job summary

Mercy Housing in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to execute preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers on an on-site basis. You will maintain cleanliness and provide strong customer service while supporting the maintenance team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of basic building maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required; 403(b) + match and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

This is an on‑site position.

Pay: $21-22/hour, depending on experience.

Location: Page Commons Apartments | Gilbert, AZ

Minimum Qualifications

• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
