Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) to maintain and improve building utility systems across our senior living campuses in Center Square, PA. The role covers electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related piping systems, with emphasis on preventative maintenance and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert knowledge in electricity, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration or sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve building utility systems including electrical wiring and control systems, HVAC, water supply, carpentry and related pipe work.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule and safety practices.
