Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician (Specialist) to support the upkeep of our facilities. The role focuses on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems, with emphasis on preventative maintenance and system reliability.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert knowledge in electricity, HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing, or related systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve building utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water, carpentry, and piping.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule and respond to system issues.
• Perform routine repairs to ensure safe, efficient building operations.
