Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) in Florida to maintain and improve building utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related piping, while supporting the preventative maintenance schedule. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

• Expert knowledge of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or related systems.

• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
