Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled maintenance and exceptional resident service across our properties. The role involves independently handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and supporting turnover tasks, safety, and preventive maintenance programs.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, with opportunities for career advancement to Maintenance Supervisor based on performance and operational needs.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and related systems.
• Turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days, including blinds, filters, bulbs, drip pans, door stoppers and caulking.
