Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the property, perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and assist with turnover work.

This role offers a pathway to Maintenance Supervisor with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and resident satisfaction. Eligible candidates have a valid driver’s license and relevant certification.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
EPA certification preferred (or obtained within 90 days if required).
Experience maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and appliances.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work safely.

Responsibilities

Perform independent maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days per checklist.
Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, trash removal).
Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues and upkeep preventive maintenance.
Enter new tools into inventory and keep work area clean.
