Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Plano, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems across the property, ensuring rent-ready turnover and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements for estimation and calculations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Complete service requests and perform repairs safely and timely.
• Prepare vacant units to be rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
