Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in a property management setting. You will diagnose and repair a range of building systems, complete service requests, and prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.

You will maintain high customer service standards, respond to resident requests, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies while possibly driving between community locations.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates, averages and percentages.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and may drive company or personal vehicle.
• Commitment to safety standards and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and other systems.
• Complete assigned service requests in a safe, timely manner.
• Performs turn-key work to make vacant units rent-ready.
• Maintain strong customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Assist with organizing service requests and maintenance tasks; may supervise others.
• May drive to various community destinations as required.
