Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Avon, OH. This role focuses on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications include progress toward Journeyman certification or 8+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC and robotics experience, and the ability to interpret schematics. Requires own tools and a high school diploma; preemployment screening is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman maintenance certification in progress or 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and robotics.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Must provide your own tools and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
• Dismantle machinery to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Replace worn components and install wiring, motors, sensors, and relays.
• Install and service hydraulic/pneumatic systems and conveyors.
• Collaborate to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe work environment following procedures.
