Regular Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Friday & Saturday: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Training Schedule:
Training will take place on 1st Shift for approximately 2-4 weeks before transitioning to the regular schedule.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment
Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
Repair and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
Service and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and CNC controls
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Inspect and maintain electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and transfer switches
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Complete facility maintenance as needed, including HVAC, lighting, doors, and building systems
Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentation
Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory management and maintenance parts organization
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Experience working with:
PLC Systems
HMI Interfaces
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
CNC Controls
Experience in a continuous automated manufacturing environment preferred
Forklift, Scissor Lift, or Aerial Work Platform certification is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
Continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approach
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to safely perform maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
