Qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding.
- Experience in troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Install, move, and align equipment as needed.
- Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks on plant equipment.
Skills
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic malfunctions
Proficiency in ladder logic in SLC500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software
Experience with ABB robots
Competency in gas and electric welding operations
Strong problem-solving skills
Education
