Job summary

Bosch in Florence, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems, supporting manufacturing operations and equipment reliability.

The role requires an associate degree in a related field, PLC knowledge, and hands-on experience with industrial automation. Second and third shift options are available, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or equivalent.
Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of PLC programming and robotics.
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance activities, including inspections, oil changes, lubrication, and equipment cleaning.
Maintain and improve the performance and precision of robotic and automated systems.
Diagnose issues with sensors, actuators, servo drives, and control systems.
Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, grinders, and welding tools as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to support repairs and installations.
Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities and findings.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
