Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at the Chardon, OH facility. You will perform maintenance on automated, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, including repairs and preventative maintenance per program outlines.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, installing AC/DC drives, reading diagrams, documenting repairs, and supporting production needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical up to 480V.
• Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics and manuals.
• Must pass a skills test (written and hands-on).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Install and set up AC & DC drives; troubleshoot motor controls.
• Conduct preventative maintenance per program outlines.
• Document supplies and repairs; verify accuracy.
• Read diagrams and manuals; ensure proper repairs.
• Perform other duties in production as needed.
