Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property in Louisiana. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and help maintain the overall condition of the property.

The role emphasizes strong communication with residents and teammates, timely responses to work orders, and adherence to safety and company guidelines. Occasional off-hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents, proactively solving issues and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property, including common areas and exterior spaces.
• Utilizes hand and power tools to perform upkeep and repairs.
• Picks up debris and removals from the property.
• Responds to issues outside normal hours when required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
