Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance program and preserve the community’s value. You will assist with interior and exterior upkeep and provide customer‑service oriented support as a collaborative team member.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, work on general repairs, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and respond to service requests, including after‑hours emergencies on weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
