Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance of our residential communities in Louisiana. You will lead a small team, coordinate with the Property Manager, and ensure spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, coordinating vendors, and upholding curb appeal standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in property maintenance or related field.
• Prior experience leading a maintenance team.
• HVAC or Universal EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of tools and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and supervise the team.
• Support the property's maintenance with the Property Manager.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate vendors.
• Uphold curb appeal standards and resident satisfaction.
