Job summary

Reno Ramada, located at 1000 East Sixth St, Reno, NV, is seeking a full-time maintenance associate. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on guest rooms and hotel systems, document work orders, and troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
