Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech in Franklin, TN to keep resident environments safe, clean, and inviting. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, and common areas, while addressing resident maintenance requests promptly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and may hold HVAC certifications. Enjoy strong benefits, a referral bonus, and next-day pay options.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned
• Respond promptly to resident’s maintenance requests
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards
