Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Franklin, TN is seeking a Maintenance Tech to help maintain an attractive living environment for residents who are proud to call it home.

The role covers HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape and kitchen equipment, plus preventive maintenance tasks. You’ll respond to resident requests and ensure units are move-in ready, with benefits including tuition reimbursement after three months and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident’s maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
