Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Alabama is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Tech to keep our community safe and welcoming. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and resident-facing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Carry out general and preventive maintenance as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are move-in ready per community standards.
